It is a support group for those helping others with their mental health journey. Open to anyone who is supporting a loved one with mental health concerns and needs a place for sharing and support.
Held the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month 6:00 – 7:30 PM at CMHA Moose Jaw, 326 High St W
